Global FIG Business Development Lead

Freshfields is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to shape growth of the Financial Institutions Group (FIG) across the US and globally. You will work with market-leading lawyers to identify opportunities, strengthen client relationships and elevate the practice in a competitive market.

You’ll collaborate across practices and jurisdictions, lead client pitches and proposals, drive thought leadership and events, and mentor junior colleagues to foster a high-performing team culture.
