Salesforce Senior Business Analyst – Hybrid Working

Overview

In this role, you will lead complex business analysis within Salesforce and CRM transformation initiatives. You will collaborate with Product Owners, Developers and senior stakeholders to shape practical technical solutions. You will support Salesforce migrations, system enhancements and prototyping, driving delivery across the lifecycle. You will challenge requirements and translate business needs into actionable outcomes, while guiding other Business Analysts. This is a hands-on, fast-paced opportunity to make a real impact within a major technology programme.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex business analysis activities across Salesforce and CRM transformation initiatives
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers and senior stakeholders to shape technical solutions
• Support Salesforce migrations, system enhancements, prototyping and delivery
• Challenge business requirements, influence stakeholders and translate business needs into practical solutions
• Take a hands-on role throughout the delivery lifecycle, while guiding other Business Analysts

Key requirements

• 4–6+ years of relevant experience
• Experience with Salesforce or other enterprise CRM platforms
• Desirable exposure to Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC), Marketing Cloud or CRM migrations
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to influence decisions
• Ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders
• Financial Services experience is advantageous but not essential
