Part-Time Tech-Savvy Retail Advisor

Virgin Media O2 in Newcastle is seeking a part-time Retail Advisor to guide customers through our mobile, broadband and entertainment offerings. You’ll help customers choose products, explain price plans and demonstrate features, building trust through attentive service.

Induction includes two 2-day sessions (30 hours) on product knowledge, systems and customer experience, with ongoing coaching to support growth in a collaborative retail team environment.
