Interim Finance Director

Location: London with an excellent WFH policy

Duration: 12 months

Start Date: January 2027 at the latest

Salary: Up to £160k

Consumer Additions has partnered exclusively with a leading £250m+ turnover British online D2C food brand.

This is a 12 month maternity cover contract that will focus on leading their Commercial Finance and Planning teams.

Responsibilities:

• Coach and encourage a team of 9 (4 direct)
• Drive day to day business performance
• Own budgeting and forecasting cycles
• Own strategic long-term commercial planning
• Drive superior commercial return on tech investments
• Deliver robust and useful financial information and analysis

Requirements:

• Extensive recent experience gained in a consumer environment is essential
• Authentic and empathetic people leader
• Demonstrate high levels of intellectual rigour
• Self-motivated in a fast-paced environment
• Deal with highly complex topics and ambiguity
