Senior Engagement Manager

Overview

As Engagement Manager, you drive successful ThoughtSpot implementations and maximize customer value. You own end-to-end delivery, align with business goals, and coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve issues. You act as the trusted advisor to customers and orchestrate ThoughtSpot resources for scalable solutions. You’ll shape delivery practices, pursue expansion within accounts, and ensure long-term customer satisfaction in a fast-paced, AI-driven environment. This role offers impact through guiding implementations that unlock data-driven outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary customer contact to accelerate value realization and manage the full project lifecycle
• Build and maintain executive stakeholder relationships, and handle escalations effectively
• Collaborate with sales, customer success, engineering, product, and leadership to resolve issues
• Identify opportunities to expand services within accounts and maintain a healthy pipeline
• Champion delivery best practices, coach teams, and improve execution frameworks for efficiency
• Serve as a customer advisor and coordinate ThoughtSpot resources during deployments

Key requirements

• Strong project management and consulting background with customer-facing experience
• Hands-on BI tool experience (ThoughtSpot, MicroStrategy, Tableau, Looker or similar)
• Ability to manage project margins while positioning services to customers
• Experience collaborating with globally distributed teams
• Expertise in stakeholder management and long-term customer relationship building
• Adaptability, problem-solving in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication; capable of translating technical concepts for non-technical audiences
