PROJECT MANAGER | INSURANCE RESTORATION & REINSTATEMENT
Nexus Elite Consulting is exclusively representing a leading international organisation within the insurance restoration and reinstatement sector in the appointment of an experienced Project Manager.
This is a key role for an experienced restoration professional who can take ownership of high-value and complex projects, from initial scoping and estimating through to successful completion.
THE ROLE
You will be responsible for:
- Managing high-value insurance restoration and reinstatement projects
- Leading and supporting Trades & Technicians
- Conducting site visits, scoping works and preparing accurate estimates
- Managing programmes, budgets, costs and profitability
- Coordinating subcontractors and specialist services
- Managing relationships with clients, insurers, loss adjusters and policyholders
- Ensuring high standards of H&S, quality and compliance
- Handling customer issues and complaints through to resolution
- Reporting project performance to senior management
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 5+ years’ experience within repair, reinstatement, restoration, insurance or a related sector
- Experience managing high-value books of work
- Proven leadership and team management experience
- Strong commercial and financial awareness
- Experience with estimating/surveying software
- Excellent stakeholder and customer management skills
- Strong organisational and problem-solving ability
