Parts Advisor – Trade Parts & Upsell Focus

Vertu BYD Hartlepool is looking for a Parts Advisor to join our on-site team. You will handle incoming trade parts enquiries and orders, identify parts to meet customer needs, and use promotions to boost sales.

Full training will be provided with a basic salary of £29,702 plus benefits. You will build knowledge through bulletins and supplier updates, and aim to exceed daily sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.
