Pre-Sales Consultant, Corporate (French Speaker)

Overview

In this Pre-Sales Consultant role, you bridge AlphaSense capabilities with corporate workflows to demonstrate value during new business cycles. You collaborate with Account Executives to run tailored product evaluations and develop compelling use cases for decision-makers. You influence product direction by relaying client feedback and shaping future use cases. You partner cross-functionally to drive revenue and ensure successful evaluations through close stakeholder engagement. This role combines storytelling, domain expertise, and AI-driven insights to empower strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Account Executives to conduct seamless product evaluations that drive new revenue
• Discover and curate corporate use cases from clients’ research workflows and pain points
• Develop and evolve use cases as AlphaSense capabilities grow
• Build strong client relationships across all levels and establish credibility as a domain and product expert
• Gather and relay client feedback to product/content teams to influence future improvements
• Contribute to go-to-market efforts by articulating client needs and outcomes to GTM stakeholders

Key requirements

• 2+ years in a corporate role or supporting corporate clients in fintech/SaaS
• Native French speaker and fluent in English
• Strong presentation, written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple tasks under pressure
• Experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Solutions Consultant roles
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment
