Senior Compliance Manager

Our client a well respected private markets fund manager are looking for senior compliance professional with direct AIFMD experience.

The role:

• Assist with day to day oversight of the team
• Deputise for the CCO where required
• Provide ongoing advisory to the business across all strategies
• Generalist activities (no task too small)

Experience Required:

• Minimum 8 years of compliance experience in the fund management space (AIFMD is essential)
• UK FCA and US SEC experience highly desirable
• Knowledge of ESG/SFDR would be useful but not essential
• Experience across both regulatory and financial crime compliance is desirable.
