Part-Time Building Operations & Compliance Manager

Durrels House Limited is seeking a Building Manager to oversee the daily operations of 76 residential flats in Kensington W14, from a ground-floor office, and to supervise 3 staff (2 full-time concierges/porters and 1 part-time cleaner). You will manage maintenance of common areas using the service charge fund, ensure compliance with policies and building codes, and coordinate staff training.
