In-Store Optical Assistant – Customer Care & Training

Boots Opticians in Wolverhampton is looking for an Optical Assistant to join our store team. You will be the first and last point of contact for customers, helping them find the right eyewear and services.

Based in-store, you will assist with eye tests pre-screening, dispense glasses and contact lenses, and handle aftercare including repairs and adjustments, while maintaining showroom standards. Join our industry-leading training programme and develop your knowledge through hands-on experience
