Global Corporate Governance Manager

Global Payments, Inc. is seeking a Corporate Governance Manager to lead governance across multiple jurisdictions from its global Legal team in the City of London.

You will support company secretarial delivery for regulated entities and partner with senior leaders to enable compliant decision-making. The role requires governance frameworks knowledge, CG Institute membership, and ability to operate in a fast-paced, regulated environment with a US parent presence.
