Dynamic Lettings Officer — Housing Solutions & Tenancies

CIH International Housing Group is seeking a proactive Lettings Officer to manage the lettings journey from tenancy end to new start. You will match homes to customers, make fair allocation decisions and help establish sustainable tenancies from the outset.

Working across a defined area, you will assess eligibility, affordability and risk, advertise vacancies, arrange viewings, complete sign-ups and drive timely re-letting with a collaborative approach to partner agencies.
