Project Manager – Cladding

IMMEDIATE START – PROJECT MANAGER CLADDING

County Durham Cladding Division Immediate Start

We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our growing Cladding Division on a major upcoming converter station project in County Durham.

We need someone commercially astute who can take ownership of the project through pre-construction and delivery, with a strong understanding of programmes, procurement, subcontractors and commercial performance.

The Project

The project involves:

• Eurobond cladding to the walls
• Kalzip roofing
• Significant pre-construction activity ahead of the works commencing

What We’re Looking For

The successful candidate will have:

• Proven Project Management experience within cladding / roofing / construction
• Strong pre-construction experience
• Excellent understanding of programmes, sequencing and project delivery
• Strong commercial awareness – able to understand costs, variations, forecasting and project performance
• Experience managing subcontractors, suppliers and site teams
• Strong client and stakeholder management skills
• A proactive approach to HSE, quality and compliance
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• SMSTS
• Relevant CSCS qualification

The Ideal Candidate

We’re particularly interested in someone who has worked on large-scale industrial, commercial or infrastructure projects and can demonstrate they are capable of managing both the commercial and operational sides of a project.
