Senior Children’s Residential Home Manager

Purosearch Ltd. in Solihull is seeking a Registered Manager for a children’s residential home. You will lead the day-to-day operations, ensure a safe, nurturing environment, and manage a dedicated care team to deliver high-quality support for children and young people.

The successful candidate will have a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare, and ideally Level 5; you’ll drive safeguarding compliance, Ofsted readiness, and continuous service improvement, with a focus on positive outcomes.
