Remote AI Research Engineer — Model Compression & Edge Inference

Join Tether.io’s AI research team to advance model compression for multimodal systems, including LLMs and VLMs. You will reduce footprint and cost while preserving accuracy on edge devices, applying quantization, distillation, and pruning.

You will build robust pipelines, define metrics, and publish results at top conferences, with a PhD preferred in NLP/ML and experience in PyTorch. Remote work available; strong English communication required.
