Customer Service & Operations Leader (Hybrid)

EVEREC is seeking a Head of Customer Service & Operations in the North West (Hybrid) with a salary of £60,000–£70,000 DOE. The role leads a frontline contact centre to deliver excellent customer service and support growth, building scalable operating models and a strong leadership team.

You will shape service standards, KPIs and operational strategy, while driving performance improvements and customer satisfaction across the department.
