Senior Product Manager

About the Role

Our client, an innovative tech company operating remotely, is seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Product Manager to lead the development and growth of key product lines. You will be responsible for defining product vision, strategy, and roadmap, working closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver exceptional products that meet market needs and drive business success. This is a fully remote role, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere while making a significant impact on the company’s product portfolio. You will champion the voice of the customer and ensure the product roadmap aligns with strategic company objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and articulate product vision, strategy, and roadmap for assigned product areas.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to identify opportunities and define product requirements.
• Prioritize product features and develop detailed user stories for engineering teams.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, sales) throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Define and track key product metrics (KPIs) to measure product performance and inform future iterations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for product-related inquiries and communicate product updates to stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, with a proven track record of launching successful software products.
• Experience in defining product strategy, roadmaps, and requirements.
• Strong understanding of agile development methodologies and product lifecycle management.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and leadership abilities.
• Experience working in a remote-first or distributed team environment is highly desirable.
