Product Support Lead, Identity (Consumer ID)

Sumsub is seeking a Product Support Lead for Sumsub ID to own the end-to-end consumer support experience, blending product and support to reduce friction and improve self-service. This senior IC role reports to the Head of QA Support and collaborates with the Head of Reusable Identity to set priorities.

You will shape AI and human support interactions, maintain help content, and drive improvements across product, design, and engineering while ensuring GDPR-related requests are routed efficiently.
