We’re currently recruiting for several dedicated Teaching Assistants to join a supportive school in Tewkesbury from October

Responsibilities:

• Supporting students 1:1 or in small groups with additional needs
• Assisting the class teacher with daily classroom management
• Helping create a positive, inclusive learning environment
• Managing challenging behaviour calmly and professionally
• Supporting student’s emotional and social development

Requirements:

• Experience working in an SEN or mainstream school environment
• A patient, caring, and resilient approach
• Strong behaviour management and communication skills
• A valid DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
