This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially focused, qualified accountant to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment, working closely with operational leadership to drive financial performance, improve profitability and influence key business decisions.

nnnThe Rolennn

As Finance Business Partner, you will act as a trusted partner to site leadership, providing financial insight and commercial challenge to support operational performance.

n

Key responsibilities include:

n

• n

  Partnering with operational managers to drive financial and commercial performance.

n

• n

  Identifying cost-saving opportunities and efficiencies to improve profitability.

n

• n

  Delivering weekly and periodic financial reporting, including variance analysis, accruals and prepayments.

n

• n

  Providing meaningful financial insight to support operational and strategic decision-making.

n

• n

  Supporting capital expenditure proposals, site strategy and business improvement initiatives.

n

• n

  Maintaining strong financial controls and accurate reporting.

n

nnnThe Ideal Candidatennn

• n

  Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA).

n

• n

  Experience within manufacturing, FMCG or a similarly fast-paced environment is desirable.

n

• n

  Strong commercial acumen and the ability to challenge and influence operational stakeholders.

n

• n

  Excellent analytical, communication and business partnering skills.

n

• n

  Proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to manage competing priorities.
