Senior HR Business Partner – Schools (Hybrid, Strategic)

Eden Brown Synergy is assisting a Nottingham Local Authority in recruiting an experienced Senior HR Business Partner (Schools) for a 3-6 month contract. The role is full-time, hybrid, with on-site presence 2-3 days per week. The day rate is 450 Umbrella inside IR35, with PAYE options available.

The role focuses on leading the HR Advisory service for Maintained Schools, supporting strategic and operational HR needs, and delivering expert advice on complex cases and TU relations.
