Retail Deputy Manager: Lead the Store & Inspire Teams

The Works Stores Ltd is seeking a Retail Deputy Manager in the United Kingdom for an 18‑hour contract. You will support the Store Manager, lead the team on shift, and ensure an outstanding customer experience while driving store performance.

You will coach staff, manage stock and merchandising, and help recruit, onboard and train new colleagues. A hands-on leader with excellent communication will fit well in our busy store environment.
