Head of Legal (Litigation) – Housing & Debt Recovery

Notting Hill Genesis is seeking a Head of Legal (Litigation) to lead NHG’s centralised Legal Services team, delivering expert litigation support across housing management, landlord and tenant matters, and debt recovery.

You will advise senior stakeholders, oversee a multidisciplinary team of solicitors, paralegals and administrators, ensure compliant processes, manage external counsel, and sustain governance and risk management across all litigation activities.
