Head of Logistics & Supply Chain Transformation

Copello Global Ltd. is seeking a Head of Logistics in Swindon to design and build the UK logistics function from the ground up for a rapidly growing aerospace and defence organisation.

You will own end-to-end material flow, develop the UK logistics strategy and lead multi-site teams to meet production ramp-up goals. The role requires deep knowledge of UK customs, export controls, and regulated manufacturing, with responsibility for ERP, WMS, and TMS implementation and supplier relationships.
