Lean Six Sigma Improvement Lead – On-Site & Data-Driven

Avery Dennison is seeking a Continuous Improvement Specialist for our Cramlington site in the UK. You will lead waste reduction and process improvements on the shop floor, applying Lean Six Sigma to lift safety, quality and productivity.

You’ll map processes, run DMAIC projects, develop dashboards using BI tools such as Power BI and Tableau, and coach teams from White Belt to A3. A Gemini AI mindset and flexible training complete our culture of autonomous problem-solving.
