Lead Residential Site Manager – Build, Quality & Safety

untypical are seeking a Site Manager to oversee construction of a residential development at our Stowmarket site on a permanent basis. You will manage pre- and post-housebuilding works, ensuring health and safety, build programme delivery, quality, customer service, and cost targets are met.

Responsibilities include coordinating labour, scheduling trades, conducting on-site briefings, liaising with internal departments and Sales, and delivering high-quality site presentation.
