Housing Income & Arrears Officer – Hybrid

Croydon Council is hiring a Former Tenant Arrears Officer on a 12-month fixed-term contract. Starting at Grade 6, with progression toward Grade 8, the role focuses on social housing rent recovery and debt collection, managing arrears and developing knowledge of Council procedures.

You will handle former tenant cases, negotiate repayments, and work with external organisations to progress recovery, aiming to reduce arrears and improve collection performance.
