Head Chef – New Build Yacht: Lead Galley & Fine Italian

Superyacht Crew UK seeks an experienced Head Chef to join a brand-new yacht ahead of her delivery in November. You will own the galley from day one, lead the crew, manage procurement and menu development for guest and crew dining, and help shape the culinary programme onboard.

The role requires a strong culinary background, STCW and ENG1, with potential B1/B2 visa; a selection lunch/dinner trial will test your menu creativity. Rotation schedule and early involvement mean close onboard leadership.
