Senior Land Manager – Flexible, Growth-Focused Role

Croudace Homes is seeking a Senior Land Manager to drive growth by identifying, securing and promoting residential land opportunities across the South Thames region. Reporting to the Head of Land, you will manage the full development lifecycle from site identification through to planning promotion and acquisition.

Based in the Southeast, you will build relationships with landowners, agents and local authorities, lead negotiations and mentor the team as we expand our established land portfolio
