Area Water Operations Leader

Thames Water is seeking an Area Operations Manager to lead end-to-end performance across water networks in Enfield, overseeing repair and maintenance with direct and 3rd party teams. The role emphasises safety, customer service and regulatory alignment within a £5m budget.

You will guide a team of up to 30–40 people across multiple sites, drive strategic and operational improvements, and ensure delivery of essential water services to millions of customers now and in the future.
