Head of Food & Beverage — Multi-Outlet Luxury Estate Leader

Heythrop Park, part of Warner Hotels, seeks a Head of Food & Beverage to lead F&B across the estate, shaping guest dining experiences and driving commercial performance. You’ll work with the Executive Chef and F&B Managers to optimise restaurants, bars and venues while maintaining high service standards.

You will coach and empower a high-performing team, manage labour and costs, and ensure strict compliance with health & safety and licensing.
