Overview
As a Banking & Finance Associate, you will handle a broad range of financing matters within a growing Cheltenham team. You will support leveraged and real estate finance transactions while developing sector knowledge and client relationships. Your work will span diverse lenders, corporates and sponsors, contributing to cross-referrals and business development. Responsibilities
- Advising on a broad range of banking and finance issues
- Supporting leveraged finance and real estate finance transactions
- Developing and maintaining technical knowledge across the sector
- Working collaboratively with colleagues across the wider team
- Building strong client relationships and identifying opportunities for cross referrals
- Actively contributing to business development initiatives
Key requirements
- 2-5 years’ PQE in banking and finance
- Solid grounding in leveraged finance and real estate finance
- Strong drafting skills and excellent technical ability
- Confidence managing client relationships
- Collaborative approach and strong team ethos
- Commercial awareness and the ability to deliver pragmatic advice
