Site Director – Operations, Supply Chain & QHSE Leader

Thomas Swan & Co. Ltd. is seeking an experienced operations, QHSE and supply chain leader to join from its North East UK base. You will oversee Production, Warehouse, Logistics, Engineering and QHSE at the Consett site, accountable for circa 110 employees and the operations budget.

Reporting to the CEO, you will drive continuous improvement, safety and sustainable manufacturing goals, collaborating across the business to ensure a coordinated approach and delivery of ambitious growth plans.
