Job Description:
Cornwall Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is seeking Clinical Leads for its Acute Inpatient Mental Health Units in Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly. You will provide clinical leadership, supervise teams, manage caseloads and train staff to ensure high-quality inpatient care for adults with severe mental illness.
You will work with a multidisciplinary team to develop pathways, undertake complex assessments, and contribute to service development, audits and NICE-aligned practices.
