Responsibilities

• Associate: break down complex problems into discrete tasks, guide junior consultants, and manage small teams to deliver analysis and recommendations.
• Associate: plan and execute analyses, identify core issues, and craft suitable recommendations with client interaction.
• Engagement Manager: lead day-to-day project work, guide problem-solving, converge on actionable solutions, and ensure bold, practical recommendations.
• Engagement Manager: manage stakeholders, communicate clearly, and build strong client relationships.
• Lead workstreams and mentor colleagues, take ownership of client engagements, and develop leadership capabilities.

Key requirements

• 6+ years of relevant experience, ideally with a top-tier strategy firm or equivalent industry experience
• Strong background in strategic problem solving
• Excellent analytical and synthesis skills for sophisticated analyses
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to travel part of the working week
• Proactive mindset with initiative and learning orientation
• Creativity and readiness to generate novel solutions
• Undergraduate or advanced degree from a top program
• Fluent in English
