Senior Product Manager

Overview

You will lead high-profile digital products for UK public sector and major clients, shaping strategy, roadmaps and delivery in cross-functional teams. You drive stakeholder alignment, user-focused design, and benefits realisation to deliver societal impact. You will contribute to Netcompany’s Centres of Excellence and service offerings while supporting business development and client engagement. This role offers exposure to market-leading technologies and large-scale transformation.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage strong client and stakeholder relationships as a primary delivery contact
• Understand user, business needs and organisational context to inform product decisions
• Own and develop product strategies and visions
• Create product roadmaps and prioritise features for development
• Manage product backlogs including elaboration, prioritisation and acceptance of user stories
• Track and optimise through feedback, benefits realisation and service performance
• Manage supplier performance
• Collaborate across agile, multi-disciplinary delivery teams to deliver complex transformations

Key requirements

• Experienced product manager with mentoring and coaching capability
• Proven in agile, multi-disciplinary delivery environments and large/complex transformation projects
• Strong client relationship skills and cross-team collaboration
• Experience delivering in the UK public sector with GDS standards and Service Standard Assessments
• Consulting experience is desirable
