South London Area Coroner: Lead Investigations & Inquests

The London Borough of Croydon invites applications for an Area Coroner to support the Senior Coroner for South London, covering Croydon, Bromley, Bexley and Sutton. The appointee will lead investigations and inquests, and serve as a deputy when the Senior Coroner is absent.

This is a full-time judicial office holder post with potential out-of-hours duties and a salary of £117,419 per annum. Closing date 13 October 2026.
