Overview

In this role you will lead global procurement strategy across Professional Services, Management Consultancy, Legal Services and wider Consulting spend. You will manage sizeable global spend, develop category strategies and steer high-value negotiations. You will build strategic relationships with major global consultancies and partner with senior leaders to drive value and supplier innovation. You will help evolve a procurement function toward a best-in-class operating model, with clear opportunities for career progression in a transformed, high-impact function.

Responsibilities

• Lead global procurement strategy across Professional Services, Management Consultancy, Legal Services and wider Consulting spend.
• Manage significant global spend, develop category strategies and lead complex, high-value negotiations.
• Build strategic relationships with major global consultancies and professional services providers.
• Partner with senior stakeholders across international business units to drive commercial value and supplier innovation.
• Contribute to the evolution of a procurement function moving towards a best-in-class operating model.

Key requirements

• Strong Professional Services and Consultancy Procurement experience in large multinational organisations.
• Proven experience managing global categories, significant spend portfolios and complex sourcing programmes.
• Background with major blue-chip organisations and sophisticated procurement functions.
• Excellent commercial negotiation, supplier relationship management and senior stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ambitious, commercially astute, with credibility to progress into senior procurement leadership positions.
