Lead Registered Manager – Youth Accommodation (6 Homes)

Universal Care Group seeks an experienced Registered Manager to lead six Supported Accommodation homes for 16-18s. The role focuses on strategic and operational management, regulatory compliance, and delivering high-quality, trauma-informed care that promotes independence and positive outcomes.

You will oversee a multi-site service, supported by two Deputy Managers, and work with the Senior Leadership Team to embed a strong, child-centred culture from registration through to occupancy.
