Senior Ofsted-Registered Manager, Children’s Home

Bluestones Complex Care is recruiting an Ofsted Registered Manager for a Children’s Residential Home located in Chester. You will lead day-to-day operations, ensure safeguarding, and drive regulatory compliance to maintain outstanding inspections.

With a 40-hour contract and opportunities for progression, the role offers a competitive salary (£50,000–£70,000) depending on experience, plus private healthcare and funded leadership training to Level 7.
