Our client is seeking a Senior Building Surveyor / Project Manager to handle a portfolio of major and complex property damage claims (domestic, HNW and commercial) on a ‘project managed’ basis, without financial restriction, operating throughout the Greater London / South East regions as required, acting for key clients. You will typically be responsible for scoping / scheduling works, contract administration, variations, final accounts etc. Ideally, you will be MRICS qualified, although this isn’t necessarily essential. Applicants that are AssocRICS and/or MCIOB will be considered.
