Senior Hardware Engineer (Test Systems)

Responsibilities

• Develop, validate and manage complex test-system requirements for new products
• Integrate, analyze and test real-time systems across electronic, mechanical, optical and software domains in lab environments
• Obtain validation of data, analyses and test results through modelling, reviews and audits
• Provide realistic program status updates (progress, earned value, schedule) and identify recovery actions
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to capture, maintain and integrate requirements into development phases
• Manage technical work packages for test-systems tasks and ensure collaborative execution and outcomes
• Coach, mentor and support professional growth of other engineers in the discipline

• Proven experience developing test equipment in relevant product markets/domains
