Job Description:
Vanguard is seeking a Legal Counsel to join the Corporate and Enterprise Legal Services unit in Europe. You will provide regulatory advice, analyse complex matters, and liaise with Compliance, Risk and business units to implement new regulation across the Vanguard enterprise.
You will work in a hybrid model, advising on MiFID, UCITS, and AIFM frameworks and supporting strategic regulatory initiatives for the Europe region.
