Overview

In this role you will provide expert building surveying advice across landlord and occupier instructions for a diverse commercial portfolio. You’ll combine technical due diligence, dilapidations, and broader professional building surveying services to support clients through the property lifecycle. You will manage client relationships and deliver commercially focused, high‑quality advice that adds value and aligns with asset management objectives. This is a proactive, cross‑team role within Savills’ Building & Project Consultancy, offering a meaningful hook in shaping outcomes for high‑profile instructions.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert surveying guidance across landlord and occupier commercial property instructions
• Perform technical due diligence and dilapidations
• Deliver associated professional surveying services (contract administration, refurbishment, PPM, schedules of condition, party wall matters, licence for alterations)
• Manage client relationships and deliver high‑quality surveying advice
• Identify value‑adding, commercially focused solutions for clients
• Collaborate with agency, investment and property management teams to support asset management objectives

Key requirements

• Experience in dilapidations and technical due diligence (implied core service)
• Ability to manage client relationships and deliver commercially focused solutions
• London-based or able to operate across London offices
