Overview

In this role you lead pre-construction for high-value fitout projects in Central London, bridging design, risk, and delivery with the client’s needs. You’ll collaborate with design and commercial teams to ensure the price, programme, and delivery approach align with the business and client objectives. You shape tender strategy, coordinate technical design, and safeguard project outcomes across CAT A & B office fits.
