National Sea Logistics Operational Care Specialist

Overview

In this role, you will resolve invoice queries and disputes to ensure timely processing within the Sea Logistics team. You will collaborate with branch operations and suppliers to maintain smooth financial flows and accurate invoicing. The role combines data handling, reporting, and stakeholder communication to drive efficiency. You will work in a global logistics environment that supports critical life-science and consumer goods movements, contributing to reliable customer promises. Responsibilities

• Identify and classify invoice queries and disputes
• Contact suppliers via Teams, Ticket System, phone or email using approved templates
• Update systems and maintain regular reports aligned with KPIs
• Highlight improvement opportunities and escalate issues to the line manager
• Build and maintain relationships with branch operations and suppliers
• Perform additional duties as agreed with the manager
• Adhere to national and local QSHE policies and procedures
• Prepare and issue daily reports to relevant teams

Key requirements

• Strong IT literacy with Excel proficiency (lookups, etc.)
• Experience in maintaining employee and customer/trading relations
• Sea logistics experience preferred but not required
• Team-oriented with a customer-focused mindset
• Solid financial understanding and commercial awareness
