Eaton’s Lakeside facility seeks an experienced Production Leader to drive overall manufacturing management and continuous improvement. The role focuses on lean deployment, safety, quality, and on-time delivery while leading production teams to achieve financial and strategic targets.

You will champion Lean Manufacturing, EBS and ECIS methodologies, coach supervisors, and coordinate with engineering, program management and supply chain to meet NPI objectives and customer requirements.
