Communications Lead: Culture, Engagement & Events

AG Barr are seeking a Communications Lead to shape internal and external communications across a wide range of initiatives. You will predominantly focus on the internal audience, owning the events calendar and rich content streams to drive employee engagement, while supporting external media and crisis communications.

You will manage internal platforms, campaigns and events, influence leadership messaging, and build culture across UK hubs with regular travel.
