Product Owner, Economic Crime Hub

Overview

In this role you will own the product vision and roadmap for the Economic Crime Hub, driving data‑driven solutions to combat evolving fraud and financial crime. You will collaborate with Fraud, Financial Crime, Data & Analytics and Technology teams to translate customer needs into deliverable capabilities. You’ll lead cross‑functional teams, ensure quality criteria are met, and continuously refine the product based on feedback and metrics. This role offers the chance to shape a market‑leading fraud profiling and decisioning platform in a fast‑paced, AI‑driven landscape.

Responsibilities

• Align delivery teams to the product vision and validate priorities with customers to maximize value
• Participate in iteration ceremonies for continuous improvement
• Collaborate with enterprise architects to understand and prioritise enablers
• Support teams by answering questions and removing impediments
• Track progress and participate in retrospectives across all involved delivery teams

Key requirements

• Decisive, commercially minded product leader
• Strong Agile expertise
• Fraud or Financial Crime experience preferred
• Ability to map customer journeys across Retail, Wealth and Commercial and define migration plans
• Senior stakeholder and multi‑vendor management skills
• Commercial mindset with ROI and benefits realisation experience
• Solid product management fundamentals: prioritisation, backlog and delivery governance
